Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Orders will be processed & shipped to continental United States via parcel service within 7-10 business days from receipt of order (please allow 2-3 days for order processing), unless otherwise noted. 

Products are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, excluding holidays.

We are unable to ship merchandise to PO boxes at this time.

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Free standard shipping (5-7 Business days) is provided on all U.S. orders over $75 (sub-total). You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

Rachelle Victoria Home is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXPRESS AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

Express (2-3 Business days) and Expedited (overnight) services are available for orders shipping to the continental U.S. All Express and Expedited orders received by 12 noon EST will be shipped the same day (excludes weekends and holidays)

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you don’t love your purchase, you must contact us at iamrvhome@gmail.com to initiate the return of your merchandise within 10 days of the delivery of your product. After 10 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges will be accepted. 

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

Items must be returned in its original condition (in original packaging with original tags) to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender. 

GIFT RETURNS 

Not quite happy with your gift? No worries – we are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the merchandise total directly to you without notifying the gift giver about the return. Email iamrvhome@gmail.com to begin the process.

Please allow between 2-4 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent once the return or exchange has been processed.
